Whether someone using a screen reader, a keyboard, or needing larger text can still do business with you.
Best practices
HTTPS, image sizing, console errors and the other basics a browser checks without being asked.
SEO
Whether a search engine can crawl the page, read its title and description, and tell what it is about.
