About SiteGrid

SiteGrid builds websites for industrial, construction, logistics and care firms in Britain, across the European Union, and in the United States. It started with a survey of 27,800 actively trading companies: most did not have a website we could find under their registered name, and a quarter of the rest failed the basic tests a phone or a search engine applies. These are firms with real yards, real fleets and decades of trading, represented online by something that stopped working years ago. We rebuild those sites with a small, fast set of tools, at a fixed price, and hand over everything so the site is yours.

The survey sample was British, because Companies House is the register we could check end to end. We have not run the same exercise in Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland or the United States, so that figure is the only one we will quote — but the four faults it found are the same ones we fix for European and American clients every month.

Three markets

A site for a contractor in Ohio should not read like a site for a contractor in Yorkshire. We build in British English, American English, or your own language; price in pounds, euros or dollars; use metric or imperial; and carry the credentials that matter where you trade — Companies House and Constructionline in Britain, EU VAT and GDPR-clean forms across the Union, state licence numbers and ZIP-based service areas in the States. Every site is hosted in the EU by default and built to WCAG 2.2 AA, which is the level the Equality Act, the European Accessibility Act and American courts all point at.

How we work

  • Static sites. No database, no plugins to patch, nothing to hack.
  • Every page tested on a real mobile profile before you see it.
  • Plain English on the site and in the invoice.
  • You own the domain, the files and the design.
