# SiteGrid

We rebuild websites for firms that have outgrown theirs, in the UK, Europe and the United States.

We work with industrial, construction, logistics and care firms in the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States. Sites are static, mobile-first, fixed price, and live in two to four weeks.

## The measured problem

We checked the websites of 27,800 active UK industrial, construction and care companies. Only about 15% had a working website we could find under their registered name. Of the sites we could check, one in four failed basic modern-web tests: no mobile layout, no HTTPS, or code that stopped being maintained a decade ago.

That survey covered UK companies only, because it is the register we could check end to end. We build for firms in Europe and the United States as well, but we have not surveyed those markets and do not publish a figure for them.

### Site Check — Free

A technical audit of your current website with a plain-English report on what is broken.

Timeline: 2 working days.

What is included:

- Mobile layout, page speed and Core Web Vitals on a real phone profile
- HTTPS, security headers and mixed content
- Whether Google can find and understand your pages
- Outdated code, broken links and forms that do not send
- A one-page PDF listing each fault, what it costs you and what fixing it involves

### Rebuild — £1,400 to £5,900 / €1,650 to €6,900 / $1,800 to $7,500

A new website on your own domain. Mobile-first, fast, and built so it stays that way.

Timeline: 2 to 4 weeks.

What is included:

- Design and build of every page, from your existing content or new copy
- Works properly on phones, tablets and desktops
- Loads in about a second on a mobile connection
- Contact form with spam protection and no CAPTCHA
- HTTPS, hosting, redirects from your old pages, Google Business Profile set up
- You own the domain, the files and everything in them

### Care Plan — £38 per month / €45 per month / $49 per month

Hosting, security and small changes, so the site never quietly rots again.

Timeline: Ongoing, cancel with a month’s notice.

What is included:

- Hosting, domain renewal and SSL certificate
- Daily backups and security updates
- Uptime monitoring, with us finding out before you do
- One hour of content changes each month: prices, staff, news, photos
- A yearly check that the site still scores 100 on Google’s tests

## How a job runs

1. **Site check.** Free. Send us your address and you get a one-page report within two working days.
2. **Fixed quote.** One price for the whole job, in writing. It does not change unless you add pages.
3. **Build.** Two to four weeks. You see the site on a private link as it comes together.
4. **Launch and care.** We move the domain, set up redirects and keep the site running under the care plan.

## What every build scores

Every page of every example build scores 100/100/100/100 on Google Lighthouse's mobile profile, with a cumulative layout shift of 0.000 and under 300 KB transferred. Those figures are measured on each deploy, not estimated.
